7. Critically analyze your leadership and followership performance, referencing leadership theory and practice concepts.

On the left are a few screenshots from a Powerpoint I had to make for one of my classes. This Powerpoint dives into my leadership style and creates a pathway for me to follow in order for me to become successful in the future. 

There is a slide on my "blindspots" which are about where I think I need to put more effort into improving, and then there are slides on my strengths and leadership styles as well. 

Overall, I think that I will be very successful when I graduate, I do understand that I have weaknesses but as long as I am aware of them, I can work through them. By focusing on my strengths, and being aware of my weaknesses, I can become a great leader.
